To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer with a price list of services (template in the TK).
2. The balance sheet of the organization for the last reporting period.
3. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro GC (template attached to the auction).
4. Consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available under codes 1100 and 1400 (only for them) and a receipt for accepting this consent of the FTS. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/. With the correct submission of documents to the Federal Tax Service, the consent will be displayed on the website of the AIC charter. There is no need to join the charter. The requirement to display consent on the charter website is mandatory.
5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign a standard contract form without making any changes. The form is attached to the auction.
6. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
7. A document confirming the presence of the 4th compartment.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
