Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The rent for the use of the Inventory and payment for the Services for its maintenance is made monthly in Russian rubles by the Lessee by transferring funds to the current account of the Lessor specified in the Agreement, upon the provision of rental services by the Lessor within 45 (forty five) calendar days after the Parties have signed the Acceptance Certificate -transfer of the services rendered without comments, on the basis of the issued Invoice, Invoice (not provided if the Lessor is not a VAT payer, or is exempted from the duties of a taxpayer). If the Lessor uses a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD), the UPD is provided in 3 (Three) copies, one for the Lessor, two for the Lessee. There is no advance payment.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
