Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear Bidders!
Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1 Terms of payment - deferral of 60 cal.days
2 Warranty - according to the Requirements Specification
3 Buyer, reduce/increase unilaterally the number of service facilities due to opening/closing/redesign/change of formats and standards/expansion, by 30% (both upward and downward).
4 Acceptance of the terms of currency corridors in the proposed logic (see the documentation "Currency Corridors")



Other requirements:
Mandatory provision of an information letter with consent to sign the attached agreement without protocols of disagreement within ten calendar days from the date of the announcement of the winner.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
