To participate in the purchase, you must:
By 15:00 on June 22, 2021, submit a Standard Commercial Offer (TP - sheets 1,2) and a participant's questionnaire (see attachments) via the trading platform interface or send it to the MODIS non-commercial procurement address.
The documents (filled out by the TAP and the Questionnaire) must be submitted in an editable Excel format, as well as in a non – editable format-scanned copies in pdf signed with the organization's seal.
It is not allowed to make changes to the terms of the TAP, delete rows, or change the structure of tables.
Additionally, you must provide:
- reference information about the relevant experience of the company on similar services, deliveries and works for the previous and current year (any form);
- company presentation (free form);
The TAP and documentation may be requested and sent to the MODIS non-commercial procurement address listed on the company's website.
Based on the results of the review of the submitted documents, copies of the constituent documents, the company's balance sheet, an electronic extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and documents on good faith may be additionally requested.
Based on the results of the first stage, a re-selection will be carried out among a limited number of participants who have passed the qualification selection. Companies that have passed the qualifying selection will be informed and invited to participate in the rebidding.

This offer is not a tender (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449 of Part one and Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on the Customer the obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including the mandatory conclusion of the Contract.
