The auction is held in electronic form on the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) in accordance with Chapter 19 of the B2B-CENTER SYSTEM REGULATIONS.
The application for participation in the auction is submitted in free form and must contain the consent of the Participant to purchase the products indicated in the notice on the terms of the draft contract.
Bids of participants are submitted in electronic form (the "step" of the auction - 1500 rubles).
The winner of the auction is the participant who proposed the maximum price of the contract during the auction.
