2. Покупатель обязуется осуществлять оплату стоимости Оборудования авансом 100% в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней от даты подписания Договора и представления Поставщиком счета на аванс Покупателю.
3. Покупатель обязуется принять Оборудование на складе Поставщика по адресу, указанному в Спецификации, и самостоятельно вывезти его автомобильным транспортом после оплаты аванса, но не позднее, чем через 5 (пять) рабочих дней с момента оплаты соответствующего аванса.
4. Настоящая Процедура не является офертой (публичной офертой). Организатор вправе отказаться от проведения торгов в любое время со дня ее объявления, в том числе после окончания срока приема заявок.
5. Организатор вправе изменить спецификацию по кол-ву оборудования в любое время, в том числе после окончания срока приема заявок. |
