Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.



LLC "MZK" reserves the right to choose as a Supplier of goods or services any of the Bidders, or none of the Bidders of the request for proposals, as well as the right not to disclose information about the decision. All costs associated with participation in the request are borne by the Bidders themselves, the costs are not refundable.
