Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Deferred payment up to 30 days from the date of rendering the service.

Removal of dirty cubic containers from the Customer's warehouse in Dzerzhinsk for cleaning and return of clean containers by the Contractor.

Comments: 150-200 cubic containers monthly.
The price includes export and delivery to the buyer's warehouse.

It is mandatory for the counterparty to submit documents according to the list:
- Commercial offer indicating the cost and payment procedure;
- counterparty's card.
- a duly certified copy of the Charter (Constituent Agreement,
Regulations) and amendments thereto;
- a duly certified copy of the Certificate of state
registration of a legal entity (if the counterparty is an individual
entrepreneur - a copy of his passport and a copy of the certificate of state registration
of this person as an individual entrepreneur);
- a duly certified copy of the Certificate of entry into
Unified State Register of Legal Entities (a copy of the
Tax Registration Certificate);
- duly certified copies of the documents on the appointment of the head
of the legal entity (minutes of the General Meeting, an order, an order, if necessary -
a contract, etc.), when signing the contract by another official - a decision (order,
order) granting the right to sign the contract, a power of attorney of the person
signing the contract (if signed on the basis of a power of attorney);
- duly certified information about the staffing of the counterparty,
its property status, the composition and value of fixed assets, reputation in the market,
work experience in a particular field.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
