PJSC "VimpelCom" conducts additional qualification of participants in the souvenir products market for various needs of PJSC "VimpelCom".
The purpose of prequalification:
monitoring of market participants of gifts/branded souvenirs;
expansion of the Qualified pool of suppliers in the category (the volume is played out by the Procurement Event of PJSC VimpelCom with a specific TOR/business task);
Signing of a Framework Agreement and Annexes for long-term cooperation.
The participant must provide the following documents:
1. Documents for participation, a completed form in WORD+PDF signed by an authorized person.
2. Counterparty questionnaire, completed form in WORD, PDF signed by an authorized person
3. Qualification questionnaire filled out in EXCEL+ PDF format signed by an authorized person + required documents as confirmation/letter of guarantee according to the necessary criteria of the Questionnaire.
4. Questionnaire of a potential supplier, in EXCEL+ PDF format signed by an authorized person
5. Presentation/portfolio of the company with information according to paragraph 2. of the Qualification questionnaire PDF
6. Information in word format from the information letter.
7. Financial documents
• A scan of the balance sheet for the analyzed period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority;
• A scan of the profit and loss statement for the analyzed period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority;
• If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting for the last 2 years is requested. If the last available reporting is for a quarter/half-year/9 months, then reporting for 3 periods is requested: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years.
Filled out in accordance with the attached report excel template for financial assessment (Appendix 1 financial audit).
If the counterparty belongs to the holding, the consolidated statements of the holding are requested.
The package of completed documents must be sent to the following email address: NBSilanteva@beeline.ru no later than 04/20/2022, the subject of the letter should indicate: Prequalification "Souvenir products" / supplier organization (legal entity)
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
Proposals submitted in a different format (on electronic media, unless otherwise stated by PJSC VimpelCom; in the form of links to an Internet resource; in paper form, etc.) are not accepted.
TEST TASK:
The participant must provide souvenir products / accessories of non-standard, individually made according to the visual model of the customer, 1-2 pcs.
Samples are provided in the name of Dinara Idrisovna Niyasov DNiyasova@beeline.ru by agreement, the time and place no later than 04/20/2022.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
