Open POSITION request for proposals in electronic form.
Postage purchase is carried out for the purpose of obtaining price parameters of bids of participants of the procurement for each separately of the purchased items. At the same time, the Customer plans to purchase services according to the appropriate position with the best parameters from one, two or more suppliers.
A position is a line in the "Summary cost table" file containing a fare for a particular city of service.
The purchaser has the right to submit a quotation for one item, as well as for several or all items. The price proposal for the position (s) must be issued in a single file "Summary table of cost". Items for which the purchaser does not plan to participate should remain blank and should be shaded with gray fill.
The participant of the purchase is obliged to submit a quotation for both services (service 1, service 2) within the selected position. In case at least one service within the selected item there is no tariff, the customer considers this situation as the absence of a purchase order for the corresponding item. I.e. within one city of service (position) the participant has the right to:
- or offer tariffs for both services (service 1, service 2);
- or not to submit a price offer for any of the services.
