Comments: Please note that a prerequisite for participation in the procurement of JSC OMPC and the subsequent conclusion of the contract is a positive result of checking the package of documents of the counterparty by the services of JSC OMPC. The proposals of suppliers who submitted proposals on the electronic trading platform without the required documents will not be considered.

Настоящий запрос на коммерческое предложение направлен в соответствии с Тендерным регламентом Организаторов тендера (торговой процедуры) в рамках осуществления процедуры запроса коммерческих предложений, которая (как и проводимый тендер) не является офертой, аукционом или конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется ст. 447-449 ГК РФ, а также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется ст. 1057-1065 ГК РФ.
