Payment terms:100% within 60 days after delivery of the products to the Buyer's warehouse.
The price for 1 unit without VAT, including all transportation costs for delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:To the Buyer's warehouse within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The minimum delivery time gives a competitive advantage.

Comments:
1. Unconditional consent to the conclusion of the contract in the standard edition of PJSC "CHMK" (SEE ATTACHMENT). It is mandatory to attach a letter of consent to the conclusion of the contract in the standard edition of PJSC "CHMK"
2. The products must meet the requirements specified in the terms of reference.(SEE ATTACHMENT).
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation. The validity period of the TAP is at least 90 DAYS.

7. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
