Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear Bidders! Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document within the specified time frame.
Within the specified time frame, the Contractual Counterparty Questionnaire (EXCEL format) must be uploaded to the E-Marketplace for documentation (EXCEL format).
Testing of samples after rebidding for companies with the best rating is a mandatory step after rebidding.
The price must be submitted per set (sidewall + bottom) per piece, in rubles without VAT, taking into account delivery to the specified RC. Mandatory price fixing until 12/31/2024.
There are no restrictions on the minimum order.
The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer at the Supplier's choice.
The quantity of goods specified in the bid documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected /not selected /exceeded by X5 Retail during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting a winner and entering into an agreement with him.
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
Bidders should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their bids..
