The design of the package (shipping container) must provide the possibility of transporting goods by any mechanical device, including a forklift, cranes, trolleys or manual manipulation, in depending on the dimensions and weight of the cargo (goods). The package must be designed in such a way as not to interfere with free access to the contents of the package.
Rolled metal products (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (wire, wire rod or metal tape) into bundles (packages). The bundle of packages must withstand the weight of the cargo in the package during loading and unloading operations and exclude the loss of rolled metal from the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or a factory tag from the manufacturer).
Also, to prevent the shortage of inventory items during delivery, UL with complete data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) - to the list of inventory items that can not be visually calculated in a section (pipe, channel, etc.).
