Welding electrodes must be manufactured in accordance with current standards (or international standards) and special Specifications of Technical specifications, OST, GOST for each brand of welding material, and must be certified in accordance with RD 03-613-03. Each brand of St. electrodes must have a quality certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of special technical specifications, OST, GOST.
