Auto-extension

Comments:
KP must be issued according to the form attached to the procurement documentation. In the absence of a valid contract with the Buyer, it is necessary to attach documentation from the list of documents attached to the procurement documentation.
In CP it is necessary to specify:
1) Cost of Goods including VAT, excluding delivery.
The cost of the Goods including VAT, taking into account the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, taking into account the packaging (Packaging must comply with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96). The KP must necessarily reflect the final cost. The cost must be final, firm, include all additional costs (packaging, marking, etc.).

5) Conditions of transportation:
- special transportation requirements, if applicable;
- Storage Conditions of Goods: Warehouse Open/Closed, Heated/Unheated,
- the temperature range at which the Goods retains its properties and for what period.
6) Warranty on the Goods. It is necessary to specify the warranty period, as well as the date from which the warranty begins to operate, (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, entry in exploitation).
7) Replacement period of goods under warranty.
8) After-sales service (specify where applicable to the Product. Do you provide services, training, advice on various issues related to the delivered product. Specify the company that carries out service services for the supplied Goods)
9) Experience in the supply of this Product on the market (attach the reference list)
10) Estimated volume and weight (for the whole product list).
11) Consent to the Buyer's draft agreement.
12) Availability of stock in warehouses.
13) Products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 (six) months from the date of display of the CP.
14) Certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming the quality of the Goods must be attached to the KP.
15) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the product packaging, photo marking of the Goods (marking requirements in the loaded documentation)
This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
16) The KP must specify the validity period of the offer.
