Payment terms:
100% payment upon delivery of the products to the Buyer's warehouse within 10 banking days.
Comments: 1) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents. 2) Commercial proposal must specify: - the cost of goods and materials including VAT + cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse including packaging cost (packaging must comply with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96); - delivery details are to be indicated in a separate line - measurement units in the Commercial proposal must correspond to those requested; - Supplier’s relation to production (free seller, dealer, manufacturer), time of delivery to the buyer's warehouse, - warranty conditions; - agreement with the contract 3) Contract award criteria: agreement with our contract form, quality, delivery time, price, packaging, payment terms, operational background. 4) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449, Part I, and Articles No.1057 – 1061, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of the civil and legal obligations on the Customer. 5) Please indicate separately delivery cost included into the cost of the supplied goods and materials.
