Comments:
1. Technical and commercial proposals are accepted according to the specified positions.
2. When choosing the winner, the key criteria are price, compliance with technical specifications and delivery time.
3. Availability of documents confirming the certification of production. Certificate of conformity, quality passport, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required;
4. Mandatory requirement: a commercial offer on a letterhead with a fixed price for at least 1 month. (the validity period of the CP must be spelled out).
5. The participant must attach the constituent documents.
6. Availability of delivery experience (reviews, phone numbers of contact persons)
7. This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
