The rates for the performance of repair and construction works are fixed for the entire term of the contractual relationship. The rates for the performance of work should already include all mandatory and necessary coefficients, according to the current legislation, for carrying out: noisy work, work related to odors, work at night and on non-working days, work in cramped conditions and at an existing enterprise, work with careful preservation of previous materials (if there is such a request), high-rise works, works in an electrical installation under voltage, but not limited to this list. Revision of prices towards the introduction of additional coefficients that increase the cost is possible only with a change in the legislative framework in the field of repair and construction.
