It is used for processing products made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals: gears, gear elements, cutlery, eyeglass parts, various tools, auto parts, sewing machine elements, stamps, as well as for processing plastic and ceramics.
Designed for a wide range of operations from grinding to finishing polishing (depending on the selected filler).
It can be used for reconstruction of parts, cleaning from rust, rough, medium and light grinding.
Machines of this type are fundamentally different from conventional machines:
- The galtovka is equipped with a mechanism (quick switch system) for lifting and lowering the flap, separation system.
- The peculiarity of the suspension is that the oscillation amplitudes in the longitudinal and transverse (vertical) directions differ significantly.
