The application is required to attach:
1. TIN Certificate, Office Certificate, Company Statute, Decision/Protocol to Appoint Manager, Executive Assignment Order, Power of Attorney if the contract is signed by a representative.
2. Lease a space if the organization is not located at the location.
3. The commercial offer to be issued on the official form with the head's stamp and signature, where you should specify - the cost of TMC with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
4. Dealership powers.
5. Quality passports, quality certificates per batch or sample.
6. Reference list for deliveries of similar products (with contact details),
7. Balance sheet as of the latest reporting date (F 01 and F02)
8. Technical documentation with name, principal specifications, bundling, warranty amounts and warranty period.
Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
