Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of the goods by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which delivery is made.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided without VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of DDP terms of delivery - Kogalym (travel expenses not reimbursed separately).
The products are delivered to the execution of the relevant accounting documents in terms established by the legislation.

Required loadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of the offer with prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. The list of constituent documents (list attached the attached file);
3. Approvals (conformity certificate, permission to apply if the products are subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and seal of the enterprise.
RFQ is carried out in respect of annual demand in 2019. The price should be fixed for the entire year and the same for each vehicle. Delivery is carried out in an amount and time specified in the procedure.
Submission of a proposal from the participant is meeting all the requirements specified in the request to the range of goods, as well as your acceptance of the terms of the contract and specifications.

Comments:
The winner of the tender procedure is determined by the following criteria:
1. The minimum price;
2. Offers from authorized dealers, are a priority;
3. Offer participants must strictly comply with all the requirements specified in the request to complete and additional equipment;
4. A vehicle must be new;
5. Prices for the entire delivery period should be fixed;
6. Delivery of the vehicles is carried out within the time limits specified in the procurement documentation;
7. Consent of the parties to sign a standard contract LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" without protocol differences.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This RFQ is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the application deadline.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
