Comments:
К заключению договора допускаются юридические лица:
- осуществляющие хозяйственную деятельность не менее 1 (одного) календарного года;
- имеющие выручку за предыдущий отчетный период, сопоставимую с суммой предполагаемой сделки (сумма сделки не более 50% от выручки);
- не имеющие действующих решений ИФНС о приостановлении операций по счетам налогоплательщика, за исключением случаев, когда оплата в полном размере производится после исполнения обязательств контрагентом (последующая оплата);
- не находящиеся в процедуре ликвидации, банкротства.
