1. All positions are rounded up to whole pieces, sheets, bars to the larger side.
2. Be sure to attach the CP filled in a strict sequence of the attached file. The offer must be stamped and signed (the delivery should be written in a separate line, specify the ready date for shipment, the delivery date of the goods, and the exact address of the collection of the goods, volume, weight, number of containers).
3. Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
