Payment terms:Payment by the Customer shall be made within 90 days from the moment the Customer receives the spare parts from the Contractor and issues the invoice by the Contractor. The term of order execution is 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of the workpiece. Penalties for non-fulfillment of contractual obligations in terms of the delivery time of finished products are calculated in the following order: 1% of the amount of the undelivered service per day, starting from 1 day of delay.
Delivery terms:Removal of spare parts from the Contractor's warehouse after machining and delivery of the workpiece is carried out by the Customer on his own and at his own expense (within the Ural region).

Comments:
The cost of work should take into account that the metal waste generated during machining becomes the property of the Contractor. Counterparties of the Ural region are allowed to participate. Indicate prices for the entire volume without VAT. Potential counterparties, when submitting price proposals, attach a file with information about the company (Production capacity, personnel, etc.)
