Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is 50/50. Prepayment is made after signing the contract. The closing payment is credited within 7 working days after shipment and submission of the closing documents. The price is fixed for the entire period of delivery and includes all taxes and other mandatory payments, as well as the costs of storage, delivery, unloading, insurance, payment of customs duties and fees, and other overhead costs.
Delivery terms:After the prepayment is made, the services must be provided 1 month in advance.

The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability.
