Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Delivery terms:1. Delivery of flags in the size of 1.5 x 1 m.:
The flag of the Russian Federation – 1 pc.
Flag of the Samara region – 1 pc .
Wildberries flag – 1 pc.
2. Production, delivery and installation of a passport of an object measuring 1.5 x 3 m. – 1 piece of vinyl cloth with eyelets around the perimeter and with perforation to reduce wind loads.
The following information is mandatory for the indication:
- the name of the object and its design image;
- technical and economic characteristics of the building under construction;
- details of the document authorizing preparatory and construction work on the construction site;
- construction plan and driving directions on its territory;
construction start date and planned completion dates;
- information about the customer (responsible for construction).
4. Sketches of the passport and flags, the concept, should be agreed with the Customer before the production of these materials.

Comments:
Work should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of standards (SP, SNiP, GOST, PUE 7, POTEE, etc.) in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, working documentation and this Technical Specification;
The materials used and supplied, equipment, tools must comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have the necessary certificates and permits.
