Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment in the amount of 100% of the price of the Agreement is made by the Buyer to the Supplier’s account, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Incoming Inspection Act on the territory of the Buyer without comment, as well as (signing by the Buyer of a unified form of invoice or universal transfer document, commodity consignment note), provided that the Supplier provides all the necessary documents under the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
