Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Please note that participating in the competition means agreeing to the form of the buyer's contract.
You must attach the Quote electronically. When displaying KP, you must specify the manufacturer of the product, availability, production date, delivery time to supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), and point of dispatch.
The product must be new, not used.
Certificates of conformity, passport, quality certificate must be attached to the products.
Before shipping it is necessary to fill out the packing list, stick the packing list on the package containing the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer via email.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.

In the proposed KPs, specify:
1) Separate price per item and separate shipping cost;
2) Certificates of compliance
3) Manufacturer references;
4) Payment terms
5) Delivery time
6) Supplier's attitude to supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, authorized dealer);
7) Guarantee.
