Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the supplier's account within 63 days from the receipt of goods and materials at the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd, we are considering other options. Delivery cost is included in the cost of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd no later than 3 days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier is obliged to ensure the integrity of the packaging and the safety of transportation of goods and materials. MINIMUM LOTS WITH DELIVERY from 3 THOUSAND. RUB.

ONLY OFFERS SUBMITTED FOR THE ENTIRE LOT ARE CONSIDERED! ... In this request, prices for the supply of goods and materials are fixed from January to December, inclusive of 2021. the volumes of supplies for the entire period are approximate and will be determined according to the buyer's applications, the selection of goods and materials will be carried out in small batches throughout the entire period. THE SUPPLIER OF MATERIALS AND MATERIALS SHOULD LOCATE OR HAVE WAREHOUSES OF PRODUCTS IN THE TERRITORY of Volgograd.

MINIMUM LOTS WITH DELIVERY from 3 THOUSAND. RUB.

In case of non-compliance with the requested parameters, the organizer of the auction reserves the right not to consider the submitted application.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form, prior to opening the envelopes, at the same time as submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
