1. На площадке представлена головная организации ООО "Управляющая компания Т2 Рус" (Теле2 Россия), запрос цен осуществляется в пользу ЗАО "Вотек Мобайл" (Теле2 Воронеж).
2. Порядок предоставления документов к Запросу предложений:
2.1. Кодекс этики и Соглашение о неразглашении - подпись, печать, скан.
2.2. Анкета поставщика - подпись, печать, скан.
2.3. Перечень документов юр. лица - сканы.
2.4. Стандартные условия договора - подпись, печать, скан.
2.5. Коммерческое предложение по форме в документации - проставляются цены по позициям, подпись, печать, скан.
