Comments: MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND CONCLUSION OF THE SUPPLY CONTRACT:
1. Availability of status - manufacturer, or acting dealer authority with manufacturers. To confirm the status of the supplier, you must immediately upload the relevant documents along with the commercial offer (offer) immediately during the request process.
2. When delivering goods, the Supplier is obliged to provide original documents for the supplied products: invoice/invoice, consignment note (TRADE-12), goods and transport invoice, quality certificates.
The contract is concluded strictly in the version of JSC "Moscox".
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
