The need for accreditation in JSC "Tander" to review the results of the tender and further work.

Please NOTE: Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
Consent of the Contractual Counterparty to sign a standard contract form with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). In the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Tander".

Payment terms - mandatory 100% postponement of 60 calendar days for equipment and delivery, from the moment the equipment is accepted at the facility by the responsible Tander JSC.

To confirm the delivery of the equipment in assembled form, the delivery cost must be specified taking into account the entire volume within each lot (without installation).

Price fixing until 30.06.2024 (inclusive). The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer before 30.06.2024 (inclusive), and to supply Equipment corresponding to the terms of the Contract, within the time specified in the Specification.

Confirmation of price fixing when dividing volumes between Bidders of the procedure.

The buyer has the right to unilaterally change the amount of equipment within 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease). At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including the terms of price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.

Important! The Winners will be selected according to the minimum aggregate costs for each object. The total costs will take into account the cost of ownership of equipment for 5 years.
The set of lots is determined by the Buyer in various variations:
1) complex delivery from one manufacturer with delivery to the facility (all equipment +general logistics)
2) comprehensive delivery from the leaders within each lot with delivery to the facility
3) comprehensive delivery from the Manufacturer+installation work (according to the Requirements Specification)+logistics to the facility. Installation work is not considered without the supply of equipment!
The delivery of the refrigeration slide (high) will be considered only in one version: without front glazing or with front glazing.

Important! In the cost of installation, it is necessary to take into account the installation of equipment on the built-in cold, the list and quantity are reflected in the Requirements Specification for installation work.

Important! When submitting an offer, it is mandatory to have completed templates with the technical characteristics of the proposed equipment and a complete set of documents (certificate, passport, drawing, visualization).

Important! Technical data that are taken into account when calculating the cost of ownership are not subject to multiple adjustments. It is allowed to make changes once after the first check of the technical data of the equipment. When making adjustments, it is necessary to provide supporting documents.

Important! Only complex commercial offers (covering all items of the competition: equipment, delivery, installation) are subject to consideration. Proposals for some items are not subject to consideration.

Important! The decision to Call for Bidding for a particular lot is made by the Buyer after the tender.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
