Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of completion of delivery (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
Delivery terms:The order of deliveries according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.
Within the framework of this competition, one of the following types of delivery is considered:
Delivery by the Supplier at the expense of the Buyer.
All supplied equipment must be assembled and packed by the counterparty.
For each unit, the Supplier is obliged to apply a marking that allows for immediate and unmistakable identification of products in accordance with the Customer's order, including marking with a barcode corresponding to the Uniscan system. In the absence of labeling, the Buyer has the right to refuse to receive the products without the Supplier applying any penalties to him.

Mandatory conditions for KA: (adjusted if necessary)
The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment). In the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Thunder"
Price fixing until 31.03.2023 inclusive. The Supplier is obliged to accept orders sent by the Buyer before 31.03.2022 inclusive
Payment terms - mandatory 100% delay of 60 calendar days for the equipment, delivery from the moment of acceptance of the equipment at the facility by the responsible JSC "Thunder".
Confirmation of price fixing when dividing volumes between the participants of the procedure
Delivery time from the moment of placing the order (taking into account the time of production and logistics to the object), calendar days
To confirm the delivery of the equipment assembled, the cost of delivery must be specified taking into account the entire volume within each lot.


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required
The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
