Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant consignment of goods within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of delivery of the relevant consignment of Goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:1. Prices are indicated on the terms of DDP (buyer's warehouse/port Magadan). The cost of products should include packaging and, if necessary, crate the cargo.
2. Indicate when the products are ready for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Indicate the relationship to the product. If a dealer, representative or distributor, attach proof of status documents.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. The product must be new and not used.
6. Specify the warranty periods for the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the goods and materials are put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each item of the Goods and the total for the lot (weight, volume).
8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each package.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional offer fields (15 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the KP".

Criteria for determining the winner:

1. The smallest total transaction cost, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in St. Magadan.
2. The time when the Goods are ready for shipment.
3. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
4. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
