Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the tender means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.

3) When issuing a KP, it is necessary to specify the manufacturer of products, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), point of departure;
4) The product must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality;
6) Before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see an example of filling in the purchase order
documents), stick the packing list on the package with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 GK RF. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.

5) Delivery terms;
6) The supplier's attitude to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee.
