100% of the price (accepted) of the Goods shall be paid no earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days and not later than 20 (twenty) calendar days after the acceptance of the goods by quantity and quality in the Buyer's warehouse and providing the Buyer with a set of documents in Russian, including: account for payment, originals of invoice, goods invoice or UPD, goods and transport consignment (transport consignment note consignment note), manufacturer's certificate of conformity (quality certificates, forms) with manufacturer's stamps, and certified by the seal and signature of the Supplier

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
