Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

List of services required for the customer:
• Post-construction cleaning services;
• One-time cleaning services;
• Services of daily cleaning and maintenance of the Customer's territories adjacent to the Customer's buildings;
• Maid service;
• Cloakroom attendant services;
• Window and facade cleaning services;
• Services for the organization of dressing up of the Customer's guests.

Addresses for the provision of services:
• Perm Krai, Usolsky district, D. M. Romanovo district;
• A land plot intended for complex development for housing construction in Berezniki in the area of a promising continuation of Sverdlov Street (microdistrict);
• Palashery station.

Visiting the facilities will be possible from June 5 to June 9 inclusive. Applications for visiting should be sent to the post office popovas@aimmngt.com (in the subject of the letter, specify "99-2023 Application for a visit to your organization").
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
