Payment terms:Форма оплаты – безналичный расчет. Сроки и порядок оплаты:
- 20 % аванс, в течение 10 (десяти) календарных дней с момента заключения настоящего договора, путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств по реквизитам, указанным в проекте договора.
- 70 % в течение 10 (пдесяти) банковских дней с момента приемки оборудования при отсутствии разногласий по качеству и количеству, путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств по реквизитам, указанным в проекте договора.
- 10 % окончательный расчет в течении 10 ( десяти) банковских дней после введения оборудования в эксплуатацию, путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств по реквизитам, указанным в проекте договора.
