Comments: 1. The amount of waste can be changed, depending on the fact of formation.
2. ATTENTION: The range of services implies the obligation of the contractor to provide services for all specified, in the category, types of waste without a selective principle, to have an appropriate license for the right to collection, transportation, treatment, disposal and neutralization of these wastes with the right to operate the Novosibirsk Region (Siberian Federal District)
3. The minimum one-time batch in which the contractor is obliged to provide services is from 50 pieces
4. Collection/transportation/disposal is provided by the Contractor's forces and equipments/equipment;
The work must be carried out by personnel trained to work with waste of hazard classes 1-4;
The contractor must have a vehicle for collecting and transporting waste.
5. Readiness to remove waste within 1 day from the date of application.
6. ATTENTION!!! If the contractor provides disposal outside the Novosibirsk Region, it is necessary to confirm its readiness to renew the license for the right to waste management in accordance with the requirements p. 8 ch. II Order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage No. 585 of May 29, 2020 (when effective).
7. The Contractor must attach the following documents to the tender documentation:
1) A certified copy of the certificate of verification of licensing requirements for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, disposal of waste of hazard classes I-IV of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage (for transportation);
2) Certified copies of documents for vehicles used to provide services for the collection, transportation of waste, owned (rented);
3) A copy of the permit for the transportation of oversized cargo;
4) A certified copy of the sanitary and epidemiological report on compliance with sanitary rules for equipment that is planned to be used for transporting waste;
5) Certified copies of documents on the professional training of persons admitted to the collection and transportation of waste I-IV hazard classes;
6) A copy of the document confirming the presence in the staff of the license applicant - a legal entity of an official responsible for the admission of employees to work with waste of hazard classes I - IV;
7) A certified copy of the documentation/passport for the equipment/installation used for waste disposal, owned by the Contractor;
8) A certified copy of the certificate of verification of licensing requirements for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, disposal of waste of hazard classes I-IV of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage (for disposal)
When rendering services, the contractor is obliged to use the vehicles and equipment declared in the tender documentation and to which the license inspection certificates apply. Rosprirodnadzor.
The contractor is obliged to transport waste from the Customer to the disposal site, without intermediate reloads.
In the event that disposal takes place under a subcontract, subcontractors are subject to all documentation requirements specified in clause 10 above of the TOR
