Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment terms as agreed by the parties. Preference is given to suppliers who offered a delay of payment at least 60 days.

The application must present the passport of the goods
The certificate of the goods must be presented in the application
In case the supplier of the goods is the dealer of the manufacturer in the form of the application must submit a dealer Agreement.
In case the goods are subject to certification or declaration in the Sfzht system, it is necessary to submit certified copies of the relevant certificates (DECLARATIONS) in the structure of the Application.
In case of presence in the organization of quality management system in the composition of the application it is necessary to submit relevant documents
The goods must be new, without damage, in the package suitable for Transportation.

Provision of warranty on products necessarily
The warranty period for the goods must be 24 months
The price of the delivered products in the offer must be specified in Russian rubles with rounding
Up to 1 ruble (without pennies).
