This selection is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Civil Code of the Russian Federation), and does not impose obligations on VKM-STEEL LLC provided for in the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
The competitive selection can be canceled at any time before the results are summed up.
In the event of a change in the terms of the competitive selection or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with the selection will not be reimbursed.+.
