Comments:
Proposals for 3 technical tasks will be considered independently of each other.

During the tender process, Bidders will be asked for samples of the goods specified in the Requirements Specification to check for compliance with the requirements.

As part of the pre-qualification selection, Bidders are kindly requested to attach:
1. Set of title documents
2. Completed scan of the counterparty's Questionnaire (please note that all fields must be filled in, there should be no empty fields. If the item does not apply to you, please put "No")

Based on the results of consideration of title documents, we will be able to allow companies to the next stages of the tender.

In the documents attached to the bid, you will find the terms of reference and a list of documents for the Bidder's admission to the next stages of the Call for Bidding.

The Bidder should consider the availability and content of this Invitation and all information provided in relation to this Invitation as confidential information and should use it only for the purpose of preparing and submitting an offer for Lamoda.
The Bidder shall not publish or disclose confidential information without prior written consent of Lamoda.
The information disclosed by the Bidder in relation to or in response to the Invitation will be treated by Lamoda as confidential and will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided.
Lamoda has the right to acquaint with the bidding documentation received from the Bidders of the tender, its employees and (or) third parties involved at its discretion.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
