Lamoda Company is holding a competition to select a contractor for the comprehensive maintenance and operation of an office and a photo studio on the terms of a subscription fee.
In the documents attached to the application, you will find all the necessary information.
Please pay attention to the following requirements:
1. Commercial offer:
must be sent STRICTLY in the form of "KP Submission Form", one file in Excel format, the second is a scan (*.pdf) of this offer with the signature and seal of the organization through the B2B Center platform;
2. The Bidder must consider the availability and content of this Invitation and all information provided in relation to this Invitation as confidential information and must use it only for the purpose of preparing and submitting an offer for Lamoda.
The bidder must not publish or disclose confidential information without the prior written consent of Lamoda.
The information disclosed by the bidder in relation to or in response to the Invitation will be treated by Lamoda as confidential and will be used only for the purposes for which it was provided.
Lamoda has the right to familiarize with the tender documentation received from the bidders, its employees and (or) third parties involved at its discretion.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Требования к участнику:1) Отсутствие неисполненных предписаний судебного органа;

2) Организация не должна находиться в процессе ликвидации, реорганизации или под процедурой банкротства; на ее имущество не должен быть наложен арест;
