Auto-extension

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 25 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the buyer's warehouse without comments.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods is the date of transfer by the Supplier to the Buyer of the corresponding consignment of goods at the Buyer's warehouse. Considering the fact of further transportation of the Goods to the Far North to the Facility, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container should ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

It is obligatory to fill in the file "additional fields of proposals", see the procurement documentation.
The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to the regions of the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage "

The price should include the costs of packaging, labeling and delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse.

1) It is imperative to upload the TCH with an indication of all the requested delivery terms.
2) The TCH must indicate:


- Price with VAT / without VAT, including packaging, labeling
- mode of transportation
- delivery period
- type of packaging
- terms of payment
- attitude to products (attach certificates)
- delivery time
- warranty period,
- shipping address
- cost of delivery
- KP validity period

The cost of goods must include packaging and labeling in accordance with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96
Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer.
