Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
1) When setting the KP, it is necessary to specify:
- separately the cost of the goods and separately the cost of delivery;
- delivery time.
2) The supplied products must be new, have a warranty.
3) Certificates of conformity, quality certificates (other documents confirming
the quality, if any) must be attached to the products.
4) Suppliers who have won the tender of proposals for the first time need to conclude a standard contract with the buyer.
5) Proposals of participants that do not correspond to the subject of the purchase (i.e. analogues), unless otherwise specified in the procurement documentation, will not be considered.
