Comments: Commercial Proposals must be attached.
1) A list of mandatory information is attached to the price request, which should be reflected in the Commercial Proposal. In the absence of information on at least one of the points, the proposal will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) The Commercial Proposal must be issued on official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.

- delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse;
- warranty conditions;
- approximate volume and weight (for the entire volume);

4) The products must be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the Technical and Commercial Proposal;
5) Commercial Proposals must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the marking of the goods (marking requirements in the uploaded documentation)
7) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience;
8) This offer request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
