Payment terms:
-40% of the value of the goods shall be paid after the signing of the Act of acceptance 1-phase supply within 30 calendar days.
- 40% of the value of the goods shall be paid after the signing of the Act of acceptance-delivery phase 2 within 30 calendar days.
- 20% of the value of the goods shall be paid after the signing of the Act of acceptance 3-phase supply within 30 calendar days.

The goods must be packed in accordance with the rules of storage and transportation.
After delivery of the equipment in the warehouse of the buyer, the buyer is obliged to perform the following work:
- moving equipment at the place of installation;
- installation of the equipment for the Foundation and provisional reconciliation;
- supply of utilities.
Following the execution of these works the buyer informs the seller written notice of readiness for the conduct of commissioning works (hereinafter referred to as RTD).
Supplier upon receipt of the above notice must comply with the NDP and instruct the buyer's specialists not later than 30.07.2019 g.
