Comments:
1. IN THE EVENT OF THE SUPPLIER'S DETERMINATION OF THE DELIVERY TIME, THE VALID CONTRACT WILL BE DISCONTINUED, WHEN THE SUPPLIER WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE STOP LIST FOR ALL FOLLOWING TENDERS OF GLOBAL-FLOT LLC.

2. The supply of items in strict accordance with the request.

3. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

4. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
