Comments: 1. The ongoing implementation procedure is not a competitive bidding process, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose on the Company (the person who sent the invitation to participate in the implementation procedure, the information Bid Notice) the appropriate amount of civil obligations to conclude a contract with the winner of the procedure or another Bidder.
Integra-Drilling LLC reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received, or not to accept any of them.
2. The currently indicated price is valid until 05/17/2024. The lot can be purchased by the Bidder, who will be the first to send a commercial offer to purchase for the currently indicated price.
In the absence of bids at the end of the deadline for accepting offers, the procedure may be extended until the Goods are sold.
